Personally this bridge/ walkway draws the viewer in and creates a sense of time . To me it feels as if the bridge is pulling your eye and moving you through this implied time.

repetition

In this form there is a great repetition in the vertical lines of the bridge. The thick horizontal lines enhance the sense of movement created by the repetition. When the viewer looks closely there is a repeating triangle form under the bridge. And more repetition above the bridge in the cables.
